Massage Options

  • Deep tissue muscular massage. Incorporating extended strokes along the muscles with consistent pressure to relieve muscle tension. I use deep pressure with slow strokes so as to avoid any discomfort while still provoking change in the muscles.

  • Smooth body strokes along the surface of the skin with light pressure throughout the massage. This allows the body to completely relax and remove its stress without any discomfort. Just complete rest and relaxation.

  • Using light pressure at first to find individual pressure points of tension throughout the body, I can alleviate tensions that have been stored in the body, often times for months or years.

  • Stretching is usually incorporated at some level in each massage. But I can also do full massage sessions focused solely on stretching all joints and muscles of the body. This can help increase, mobility, posture, and respiration.
